The new sun capsule VHR will launch your tan to levels never before attainable with conventional sun beds.
What is VHR?

VHR refers to the patented lamp which has a very high output – 160 watts, with a built-in reflector.  The reflector intensifies and focuses 100% of the UV output directly forward, maximizing the performance of the lamp.
How is it possible to get a rich, dark tan with such short exposure times?

Not only are the VHR lamps more powerful, there are more of them.  Conventional sun lamps produce 100 watts of power, so a 24-lamp bed would produce 2400 watts of power.  Comparatively, the 160 watt Cosmolux VHR lamp produces almost 180 watts when used in the Sun Capsule VHR.  Multiply that by 54 lamps, and the result is about 10,000 watts of power.  So you get the best possible tan in the shortest amount of time.
What is the difference between the Sun Capsule VHR and that of a tanning bed?

Because the UVA is more than three times higher, you will develop a noticeable darker, richer tan from the Sun Capsule VHR than from conventional tanning beds in about 1/3  the time.
Can I use both the Sun Capsule VHR and a tanning bed to develop a tan?

The Sun Capsule VHR is much more powerful than conventional tanning beds, so use caution if you are switching between them.  Although the Sun Capsule VHR gives you a richer, darker tan than a conventional tanning bed, don’t try to get there in one or two sessions.  You’ll get a darker, more natural longer-lasting tan when you attain it gradually.
